TOURS – NOW OPEN FOR 2026
Experience the unique and beautifully preserved home Frank Lloyd Wright designed for Ruth and Russell Kraus in 1951. On your guided tour, you’ll learn about one of Wright’s most complex Usonian designs and the couple who had the creativity, audacity, and perseverance to build it.
Tours include access to the full interior of the home and last approximately one hour.
Advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Wednesday–Friday: 11:30 am, 1:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm

Adults: $25
Children (7–12): $10
Children under 7 are not permitted on tours.
Members: Free with advance reservation.
When booking tours, FLWHEP Members and FLW Reciprocal Sites members select the “member” ticket option. Bring your membership card to present at the time of your tour.

Reschedule policy: Tours may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the tour
Age requirement: Children must be 7+ to tour the house

Travel Light: Please leave large bags & backpacks in your vehicle or in a designated area during your tour
Allow 60 minutes: For your tour, plus additional time for exploring the grounds and gift shop

Accessibility
The FLWHEP welcomes visitors and volunteers in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act including welcoming trained service animals. The site includes some uneven terrain and limited accessibility accommodations due to the historic nature of the property.
- Some portions have limited wheelchair access due to narrow doorways.
- The front entrance has one 4” step, the remainder of the home is one-level.
- Visitors in need of hearing or vision assistance may arrange in advance for an adapted tour.

Photography Guidelines
Visitors are welcome to take personal-use photographs during docent-led tours.
- No tripods or bulky equipment
- No video or audio recording
- Commercial photography requires advance written permission

FLWHEP visitors may be included in photography or videography during their time on site and grant the right for their images to be used in promotional materials and in all formats of media.
Ebsworth Park Access
Ebsworth Park is open to the public daily from dawn to dusk. Vehicle access through the driveway gate is available only during scheduled tour hours. During non-tour times, visitors may park near the entrance gate and access the grounds on foot.
